The Green Plums of June Matures into Fine Wine

The Japanese green plums start to mature every year in June. This year, KWCM Social Club had once again organized the plum wine workshop to allow colleagues to experience the process of plum wine-making. The tutor had not only taught us how to make plum wine, but also the impact of different kinds of plums, sugar and alcohol make on the final product. She also brought along samples from different batches of plum wine for our colleagues to taste so that they can get a more comprehensive understanding and knowledge on plum wine.
