KWCM is the largest quarrying operator in Hong Kong today, having an aggregates production capacity of over 16 million tonnes per annum in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Our Founder and Chairman of KWCM, Dr Che-woo Lui, started his quarrying business in Hong Kong in 1955. Since then, KWCM has developed from a small-scale quarrying company into the largest quarrying operator in Hong Kong today. The Company’s aggregate production capacity exceeds 16 million tonnes per annum. Our customers include major construction companies, concrete batching plants and asphalt companies. Over the years, KWCM has successfully rehabilitated quarry sites to blend with the natural environment and neighbouring communities. We target to supply quality rock products to Southern China and overseas markets by investing in a modernized, environmental-friendly mega quarry at Huidong, Guangdong. In 2020, the Huidong quarry won the title of Top 20 National Green High Quality Development Mines with the highest votes. The successful pioneering management, technology and experience of the Anderson Road quarry are continued at the Huidong quarry to make it into a nationally recognised green mine.
