  • Management Associate (Finance/Accounting)

    Program Overview:

    We are looking for outstanding fresh graduates or graduates with 1 to 2 years of working experience to join our Management Associate Program.

    The Management Associate Program is designed to develop and nurture future leaders within K. Wah Construction Materials. During the two-year program, we aim to provide management associates with opportunities to gain all-round business exposure and also develop their management and financial competence. Through on-the-job training and rotational attachments, the program will also provide them with a taste of the business diversity and prepare them for future challenges.

    Job Description:

    • Prepare financial analysis and schedules in support of month-end close, management reporting and investment appraisal.
    • Assist supervisors in the preparation of statutory reports and tax compliance work.
    • Support managers to collaborate with Business Units and regional offices in daily finance operation.
    • Assist Treasury in preparing cash reports and cash flow forecasts, and performing treasury arrangement execution.
    • Contribute in projects of finance automation and system enhancement.
    • Prepare schedules, reconciliations and analysis for financial budget and forecast.
    • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

    Requirements:

    • University graduate from BA/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or related discipline.
    • Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in audit, accounting or finance are welcome.
    • Enthusiasm to learn and willingness to be accountable for development and challenges.
    • Mindset of creativity and innovation to bring changes.
    • Good team player to turn plans into execution and actions.
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
    • Occasional business travels to Mainland China required.
