Training and Development
In KWCM, we emphasize on developing “home grown” talent through various internal training programmes such as Leadership Development Programme, Middle Management Development Programme and Management Associate Programme in order to take care of your personal and professional development at your various stages with us.
We also promote life-long learning by providing diversified training courses. Internally, regular training courses are provided to staff of different levels so as to equip them with new knowledge and skills for meeting their job requirements and get them ready for the business challenges ahead. Externally, we encourage our staff to take external training courses to fulfill their specific needs regarding their own professions through our external training sponsorship. Our staff is also sponsored to attend professional qualification trainings of quarry and other professions organized by both local and overseas institutions.
To promote work-life balance, KWCM Social Club organizes different kinds of activities such as sports, dining, charity, outings, movies, etc, throughout the year for our staff and their family members. Seminars on promoting health and work-life balance are also arranged for our staff regularly.
